As the City tries to become more diverse, companies are considering who to turn to for answers. In 2021, diversity and inclusion roles are now commonplace in larger organisations. But across businesses of all sizes, it is often those who are part of minority groups such as the LGBTQ+ community who are expected to do the work: answer questions, give presentations, become role models.
